Sun and activities

Many visitors are not accustomed to the heat these days. So, don’t forget to follow our advice:
Avoid vigorous physical activities, such as jogging, hiking or strenuous sports at noon, when the temperature is high.

Drink plenty of fluids throughout the day to avoid dehydration.

Always wear sunscreen and a hat and avoid sunbathing, as the sun can burn you!
