“Nelly’s”

“Nelly’s”
Light, which is probably the most characteristic element of Greek nature, in the art of Photography is the toughest problem. Nelly, the famous greek photographer, managed, in spite of the technological difficulties of the ages of 1925 – 1930, to master and balance this power proving her talent and her abilities. This year a new enriched edition has been published containing the collection of her “impressions” from Santorini of those times, a collection that giving it as a present to D. Tsitouras became a precious gift to us all. The unique cubist way that Nelly handled the real surrounding space of Santorini became a teaching lesson for the art of photography. Seek to the bookstores the publication of the Archive of Santorinian Studies under the title : “Nelly’s, Santorini (1925 – 1930),  collection of D. Tsitouras”.
