A trip to the volcano

The great Minoan eruption of the volcano is considered one of the three largest eruptions of the world, and resulted in the island radically changing its shape and creating the current caldera, which is admired globally.
After the Minoan eruption, smaller eruptions followed from 197 BC until AD 1950, forming the 2 black islets we can see today, Palea and Nea Kameni.

The weather today is great to book an exciting trip to the volcanic islets, so contact your reception desk!
