
In
the museum the visitor experiences the traditional methods followed by the
tomato producers of Santorini and, at the same time, becomes acquainted with
the history of the island, its inhabitants and their traditions.
Museum
exhibits include processing machinery dated back to 1890, the hand-written
books of the plant, old tools, the first labels as well as audiovisual material
with narrations of people who worked in the plant.
